Wood Family - Oaklee

I'm so excited to announce our little Oakley will be joining the Wood Family.  His name will remain Oakley but will be spelled Oaklee, after his soon to be BFF, Cydnee.  He is going to have so much fun with the Wood family.  I see camping trips and 4-wheeler rides in his future.

OAKLEY- SOLD At 7 weeks is still a cuddle bug. Anytime my boys want a pup that will melt into their arms, they go running for him. Even if he is playing with his mates, he'll go limp in their arms when taken away from all the fun he is having. His ears have become more wavy this week but he is still the shortest haired pup. Not too sure if he will get a long doodle coat. I'm so anxious to see what he turns out to look like. He also does well in his kennel. He was in their alone for 20 minutes before he whimpered to be let out. When I gave him a cold teether toy, he stayed for an additional 10 minutes. He is such a sweat nature pup. Below you will see him with his litter mate GINGER, aka Picabo.

OAKLEY-SOLD- At 6 weeks is our little cuddle bug boy. If he could live in our arms, he would be happy. He never whines for attention but will come sit right in your lap. I tease him and go sit him across the room to see if he’ll end up in my lap. He passes a few litter mates, gives some friendly high fives and then comes back to see me. He plays with batting his hands at the pups but he is not in full-on-horse play. He is so cute and looks like a full bred retriever pup. He loves to sit back and ralax. He is one that will want to watch the football game. Tonight my son was not feeling well and he just sat on his lap and watched football.

OAKLEY- At 5 weeks is so unique. He is the only blonde pup and has the thickest coat. It is so soft and we're not too sure how he'll end up looking. He could have short hair or long straight hair. He is such a baby doll. My son had his friend over and she found time to hold him throughout the day. Even if he was taken away from playing with his mates, he was so content to be held in her arms. Just like a baby too. The weeks prior he was a chatter box and gave little howls here and there. This week he is so mellow and docile. I can always count on him allowing the children to hold him.

OAKLEY- At 4 weeks is going to be a light colored boy. He has the retriever blocky head and thick body. He is a little chatter box and not afraid to let us know when he wants attention. He settles right down when we pick him up. I love his little blonde face, so cute with strong facial features.

OAKLEY- At 3 weeks is still the lightest boy. He feels like a retriever and we are thinking he will take after the retriever side. He is a little howler. The first one to find his voice and you will hear him howling at his mates. Once I pick him up, he curls up on my neck. He is a cuddle bug.

OAKLEY- At 2 weeks is the lightest boy with a soft slick coat. He is very reserved and likes to be held. It will be neat to see if he gets lighter.

OAKLEY- Is the lightest boy at 1 week old. He is apricot but should he get any lighter, he can be classified as a blonde. He also has a slick coat.
